The antique stallholders brave the elements every Sunday outside on the flagstone courtyard and continue to display a fascinating range of antiquities.
They are a mixture of professional antique dealers and private individuals, everyone is welcome and the variety continues to amaze visitors. They take pride in their displays and will offer advice on their goods and in many cases will negotiate on price. So why not try haggling to see the best price you can get on that `must have` item.
Regular customers return every week to see what is `Old & New" i.e. what newly acquired antiques the dealers have on display, hoping to get that special item for their collection or present.
The Antiques Fair is outside in the courtyard every Sunday from 12.00 - 16.00 and contributes to the attraction of this delightful 250-year old riverside pub offering the perfect Sunday combination:
